I went to have my regular injection so many of these questions are not relevant. The nurse I saw was very nice and I booked my next appointment in 3 months with ease, as usual. The text reminders are very helpful and I hope they reduce missed appointments which cost us all money.

I was not seen on time but this was not a problem.

When phoning you are in a long queue then all the appointments are gone. Told to phone the next day at 8am and the same thing happens again.

Actually would like to see the general practitioner personally instead of a phone call. I had a number of blood test and my GP referred by email to the local hospital and was see and had a CT scan all within 10 days. I was diagnosed with mild normocytic anaemia. I was very impressed but still have not seen a GP.
